Welcome to North Grange Boutique Cottages. Our two stunning luxury holiday cottages based within the grounds of a 16th century farmhouse near the beautiful city of York. Being set in the peaceful grounds overlooking the uninterrupted Yorkshire countryside, it’s a recipe for luxury getaway perfection. Both of our beautifully built luxury cottages are lovingly laid out and equip
with everything you need to indulge in the perfect holiday, whether it be a family getaway, or a romantic couple’s retreat. Set in the charming little village of Ellerton, less than 15 minutes from Central York., you have the best of both worlds, the delightful small village atmosphere of old Yorkshire twinned with the beautiful, vibrant city of York.

Our newest build here at North Grange Boutique Cottages, and built with love to say the least! We’re proud to say it’s success has been fantastic. This stunning property holds a wow factor in every room, with a beautifully thought out, consistently themed touch throughout the whole cottage, it’s every interior designer’s dream… With it’s bespoke furniture and warm, cosy atmosphere, its the perfect place to take a holiday retreat.
The Pigeon Cote
Our more established and equally as beautiful cottage based on the same grounds. Converted in 2011, great care has been taken in refurbishment by furnishing and decorating the cottage to an extremely high standard, ensuring it provides a warm, welcoming feel. It’s beautiful wooden beams, bespoke staircases, and stunning overlook of the fields, animals, and ponds add’s to the unique character of the property.
